AgentDesk is committed to protecting the privacy of your data and your business. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a customer.

Information We Collect

When you use AgentDesk, we collect information you provide directly and data generated through your use of our business AI agent platform.

Account Information: When you create an AgentDesk account, we collect your name, email address, company name, role, and billing details. This information is required to provision your AI agents and process payments.

Usage Data: We log interactions with your deployed AI agents, including task completions, conversation records, automation outputs, and integration activity. This data improves agent performance and provides audit trails for your business workflows.

Technical Data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and session data. This helps us diagnose issues and ensure platform stability.

Integration Data: When you connect business tools (CRMs, ERPs, HRIS systems, communication platforms), we receive the data necessary to execute agent tasks. Access is scoped to only what your configured agents require.

Business Data: Documents, customer data, or business records you provide as context for your AI agents are processed in isolated environments and used solely to execute your instructions.

How We Use Information

AgentDesk uses your data to deliver, maintain, and improve our business AI agent platform.

Service Delivery: We use your account and usage data to deploy and operate your AI agents, execute business workflows, and deliver outputs to your team.

Platform Improvement: Aggregated performance metrics help us improve agent accuracy, reduce latency, and build better integrations for the industries and functions you care about.

Communications: We send transactional emails and, with your consent, product updates. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time from your account settings.

Security: We monitor usage patterns to detect unauthorized access, data exfiltration attempts, or API abuse.

Compliance & Audit: For enterprise customers, we maintain detailed audit logs of agent activity to support your internal compliance requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data. Sharing occurs only in these circumstances:

Service Providers: Infrastructure providers, payment processors, and analytics tools operate under strict data processing agreements with AgentDesk.

Integration Partners: When your agents interact with third-party business tools, data is shared with those platforms only to the extent required by your configured workflows.

Legal Requirements: We disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of AgentDesk users and the public.

Business Transfers: In the event of an acquisition or asset sale, your data may transfer to a successor entity, with appropriate notice provided.

We never share your business data, customer records, or agent outputs with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Security

AgentDesk is built for businesses that take data seriously. We implement enterprise-grade security across our platform.

All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest uses AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud providers. We conduct regular penetration testing and security audits.

Business data processed by your AI agents is isolated per account. We enforce strict access controls and maintain detailed audit logs. No employee access to customer data is permitted without explicit authorization and logging.

Cookies

AgentDesk uses cookies for authentication, session management, and analytics.

Essential Cookies: Required for login, session persistence, and core platform functionality.

Analytics Cookies: Help us understand feature adoption and platform performance. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not share data with advertising networks.

Preference Cookies: Store your dashboard and notification settings.

Enterprise customers using single sign-on (SSO) may have different cookie behavior as managed by their identity provider. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

Access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you or your account.

Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate data.

Deletion: Request deletion of your data. Note that audit logs may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.

Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications through your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
